These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the king1s platform and all its services. By accessing the king1s website or opening an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1 General Provisions

king1s is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. All services offered on the king1s platform are governed by these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and participate on the king1s platform. king1s reserves the right to verify age at any time, and accounts of minors will be cancelled immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, family, household address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation. The information required for registration includes:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Bangladeshi address

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

king1s may request account verification at any time. You may be required to submit your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. king1s will never ask for your password.

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Liability

You are personally responsible for all betting and transactions made from your account. king1s will not be liable for unauthorized access by third parties, unless it can be proven that the incident occurred due to a security flaw in the platform itself.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the king1s platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for all payment methods).
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Depositing through a third party or using a payment method in someone else's name is prohibited.
• king1s does not impose any additional charges on transactions, however the payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests on king1s are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• king1s reserves the right to suspend or hold withdrawals for investigation in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are completed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

king1s follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Additional verification documents may be requested for large transactions. Suspicious transactions will be automatically flagged for review.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at king1s receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can only be used once (one account, one household, one IP address).
• There may be restrictions on certain games or bets when using bonus funds.
• If the bonus is withdrawn before wagering is completed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• king1s reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the account will be cancelled.

6 VIP Program

The king1s VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.1 VIP Tier Changes

Members can be promoted to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. The benefits associated with VIP tiers may change at king1s's discretion. VIP cashback is paid at a fixed time each week.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are only usable within a specified period. VIP cashback funds may not be directly withdrawable — contact the support team for applicable terms. VIP status may be revoked in cases of misconduct or prohibited activity.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. king1s reserves the right to set betting limits. After an event starts, bet results in the live betting section are updated in real time.

7.2 Casino Games

The king1s casino features games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, the result will be determined according to the rules.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is cancelled due to a server error, network outage, or technical reason, bets will be refunded. king1s reserves the right to void the result of any bet where incorrect numbers or outcomes were displayed due to a software error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the king1s platform:

8.1 Fraudulent Behavior

• Abusing bonuses or taking advantage of bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Betting using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Placing bets related to match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Conducting transactions using another person's account or payment method.

8.2 Money Laundering

• Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Any attempt to launder money using the platform.
• Managing transactions on behalf of third parties.

8.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Harassing other members or using offensive language.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by king1s

king1s may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Suspicion of security breach or fraud.
• Legal directives or orders from a regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, notify the support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any existing valid balance before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses from betting or gaming — gaming carries risk and the member is solely responsible.

10.1 Service Availability

king1s strives to maintain the highest standard of service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. king1s accepts no liability for compensation in such cases.
